Our full-service capabilities make Advance Die Casting Company your one-stop die casting resource. We can serve as a single source of responsibility for everything from initial design assistance to precision machining, finishing and final assembly. In facilities spanning over 110,000 square feet, we produce high quality aluminum and zinc die castings from short runs to high volume production. Every facet of our operation is geared to offering you maximum productivity and cost efficiency. Our aluminum die casting machines range in capacity from 400 to 1200 tons, and produce castings up to 25 pounds. Our zinc die casting machines range up to 600 tons in capacity, and can produce castings up to 15 pounds. We can provide you with everything from the simplest basic casting to the most intricate, pressure-tight precision parts. Vacuum-assist capabilities enable us to deliver a final product that is sounder and stronger, with reduced porosity. Dedicated manufacturing cells provide peak efficiency, and multiple shifts meet the most demanding delivery schedules.

ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE

Our engineering department can assist you in the concept and design of your part, to optimize its compatibility with the die casting process. Involve us in the early stages of development; we'll work closely with you to make sure you realize the highest level of quality, performance and cost-effectiveness.

CAD-CAM

Our engineering capabilities using Auto Cad 14, Auto Cad 2000, Cad Key 99, Solid View Pro and Myriad 4.21 make us compatible with our customers through use of DWG, DXF, PRT, Pro E, Step1, Catia and Iges file formats. Our preferred format is Iges however, we work very closely with our preferred tool shops and therefore, any files we are unable to open they will convert to Iges for us. These functions further extend to the use of a Hewlett Packard Design Jet 450C Plotter, allowing our engineers to plot out full size drawings. The end result offers our customers a speedier response time for designs and quotations.

AN OBSESSION WITH QUALITY

We're as obsessed with the quality of your product as you are. A Total Quality Assurance program closely monitors your part every step of the way. A certified gauging system ensures that all gauges are continually kept to military specifications. Roving auditors perform ongoing quality checks, while realtime x-ray enables us to observe fill characteristics or locate flaws undetectable to the human eye.

ENVIRONMENTAL

As dedicated as we are to quality, environmental issues are also on our minds. We make maintaining compliance to all past and current environmental regulations and issues part of our daily process and culture.

MACHINING, FINISHING, & ASSEMBLY

A full range of CNC machining centers perform precision secondary machining. Cost-saving productivity is provided by our 160-spindle drill/tap shuttle machine, as well as a specially-designed three-head milling machine capable of machining three sides of a part simultaneously. Our finishing department offers shotblast or vibratory deburring and can provide virtually any final finishing process you desire. Complete assembly and specialty packaging is also available.
