OBJECTIVE: PROPOSED GOALS AND COMMITMENT

QUALITY:

Our long-term objectives are to reach and maintain a "zero defect" quality level insofar as customers' outgoing shipments. To reach this goal, we have restructured our manufacturing methods, processes, and controls. We will continue to monitor and refine this system until our major quality objective is obtained. This not only includes analysis, statistical control, documentation of incoming items used for and in the die cast process, but also extends to the continuing education of all employees.

The Quality Policy of Advance Die Casting Company, A Division of Rollcast, LLC is to provide defect-free parts on time, every time, strive for continuous improvement, and achieve total customer satisfaction.

We will do this through policies and procedures which are reliable, innovative, and documented every time.

TOOLING:

The quality and care of customer owned tooling is a paramount concern to Advance Die Casting Company. Die-cast quality begins with well-maintained casting and secondary tooling. We are proud of the workmanship and care given to each die and fixture in our tool room.

We are constantly striving to improve the quality of workmanship and equipment. Most of Advance Die Casting Company's dedicated secondary machining has been phased out and replaced by our "flexi cell" concept.
